Napa Wine Company uses the best method shipping platform to utilize the most economical, efficient, and quality-conscious shipment of wine to our customers. We use UPS shipments for most orders. We charge our customers only what it costs us to have our wine shipped to you safely and legally.

Here are some suggestions for streamlining delivery of your purchase:
  • We strongly recommend delivery of wine shipments to business, rather than home, addresses.
  • To avoid in-transit temperature extremes during the summer months, we offer
    UPS 2nd Day Air for orders shipped outside of CA, ID, MT, OR, WA and WY. We may also delay shipments if the heat is excessive.
  • Expect wine shipments to arrive 7-10 days after date of order. For a more expedient delivery, please contact the winery for a quote.

  • In the event that a wine is sold out, Napa Wine Company will contact you as soon as possible to discuss alternative wine options.

Napa Wine Company sells and ships wine only to persons 21 years of age or older. To place an order you must provide your date of birth, as well as certify that you are 21 years or older. By placing this order with Napa Wine Co. you certify under penalty of perjury that you and the recipient of this shipment are at least 21 years old.

When the wine is delivered, the recipient will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. The willful misrepresentation of your age or the age of the recipient is a crime in most states, and if you willfully misrepresent your age or the age of the recipient, we will cooperate with authorities to prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law.

Returning or Exchanging an Item:

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it. Wine must be returned within one week of delivery. To return or exchange an item, please complete the following steps:

  1. Circle the item(s) you are returning on the order form included with your purchase.
  2. Please write the reason for the return at the bottom of the order receipt.
  3. If you are exchanging an item, please indicate the item you would like us to send at the bottom of the form. Please be sure to indicate the address where you would like us to send the exchanged item if different from the original address.
  4. Pack and seal your return item along with the order receipt.
  5. Return item(s) to Napa Wine Company, 7830-40 St. Helena Hwy., Oakville, CA 94562. (800) 848-9630

Note: The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited in the amount of the product sale. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your bill. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable unless we have sent the wrong item.
